This small airport used to be used for scheduled flights, but nowadays only caters to general aviation. It is also used by the Victorian Air Ambulance, Royal Flying Doctor Service and Victoria Police Air Wing. Close to Melbourne city centre, it’s got two runways and a small terminal building, and is open from 6am through to 11pm when the airport shuts due to government curfews.
